Ingredients:

- 5 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce
- 2 tbsp Head Country Championship Seasoning
- 4 burger buns
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup arugula
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 1/4 cup bourbon
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, and Head Country Championship Seasoning
Mix well and form into 4 patties
Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of blue cheese on each patty to melt
Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute or until lightly browned
In a small saucepan, heat bourbon over medium heat until warmed
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun, topping with red onion slices, arugula, and a drizzle of the warmed bourbon
Finish by adding a crispy bacon slice on top
Serve immediately and enjoy the Head Country Bourbon and Blue Burger!
