Hair-Boosting Smoothie



This smoothie for healthy hair is full of nutrients that can help keep hair healthy. Spinach has iron and vitamin C, which are important for hair growth. Strawberries, on the other hand, have a lot of antioxidants that are good for the scalp. Greek yogurt has protein that makes hair stronger, and chia seeds have omega-3 fatty acids that make hair shine. Almond milk makes the base dairy-free, and honey, if you want, adds a little sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey optional

Instructions:

Put the ripe banana in a blender after peeling it

Strawberry chunks, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and almond milk should all be put into the blender

A teaspoon of honey can be added for a little sweetness

As you blend the ingredients together, they will become smooth and creamy

Put the smoothie in a glass and serve right away
