Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons erythritol or preferred low-carb sweetener, to taste
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Blend coffee that has been cooled, almond milk, protein powder, MCT oil, vanilla extract, and erythritol in a blender
