Ingredients:
- 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, saut until fragrant
Pour in crushed tomatoes and vegetable broth
Bring to a simmer
Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper
Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally
