Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salsa or hot sauce optional, for serving
Instructions:
Put shredded chicken, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, diced red onion, and shredded cheese in a bowl
Add salt and pepper to taste, and then mix everything together well
Spread the chicken and avocado mixture out evenly in the middle of each flour tortilla after putting them out on the table
Turn each tortilla on its side and fold the edges in
Then, roll them up tightly to make burritos
No need to: Set a skillet that doesn't stick on medium heat
Lay the burritos on the pan seam-side down
Cook for two to three minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy
Serve right away, and if you want, top with salsa or hot sauce
